Return / Exchange Policy
We do not offer any Returns on any of our products.
Please read the description and measurements carefully BEFORE purchasing, as we do not accept returns.
If you are not happy with the fit of your product we will gladly Exchange it for another size.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to exchange your items to receive another style or size, please send your item(s) back to us in accordance with the following terms:
To start the return process, please follow the instructions below:
- EMAIL: customerservice@curvybombshells.com.
- SUBJECT LINE: ITEM EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT.
- BODY OF EMAIL: Full Name and Order Number. Names of items being exchanged.
RETURN GUIDELINES:
- Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return. All returned items must be in its original condition and must have never been worn.
- For hygienic reasons, these items are “Final Sale”:

- Lingerie/ Intimates: panties and lingerie sets
- Washed or worn items
- Lingerie/ Intimates: panties and lingerie sets

- Swimwear must be returned with the hygienic strip in place. For hygienic reasons, we ask that you try on swimsuits with undergarments on.
- Curvy Bombshells reserves the right to refuse excessive exchanges and store credit returns.
- Original shipping fees and the return label costs are non-refundable.
- The customer is RESPONSIBLE for RETURN Shipping Charges.
- Please note that your return will be processed within 7 business days of delivery to our warehouse. An email will be sent to notify you the process has been completed.
- Return packages must include the original packing slip to ensure processing.
- ONCE we receive the item, your exchange will be processed.
Missing Item Policy
At Curvy Bombshells, every order is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives complete and in perfect condition.
If you believe an item or component is missing from your order, please contact us at [your email] within 5 days of delivery and include:

A description of the missing item or component

Clear photos of all items received, including the garment and packaging
In some cases, detachable components such as garter straps may be secured within the garment or packaging for protection during transit. We recommend checking carefully before submitting a request.
Once your request is reviewed, Curvy Bombshells may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (if available), store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
Because many of our pieces are limited edition and sell out quickly, replacement components are not always available.
Claims submitted beyond 5 days of delivery, or without sufficient photo documentation, may not be eligible for resolution.
Curvy Bombshells reserves the right to deny claims that appear inconsistent with our packaging and quality control process.
