International Shipping

We proudly ship to our International Bombshells around the world!

All international orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your destination. Please note that customs clearance, local postal services, weather, and other factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates and contact the shipping carrier if additional information or documentation is requested.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. Processing time does not include transit time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and observed holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges required by their country.

These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and will not appear on your Curvy Bombshells invoice. If applicable, your shipping carrier will collect these fees before or upon delivery.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be, as customs policies vary by country.

Customs Delays

Occasionally, packages may be delayed while clearing customs. These delays are outside of our control and are not considered lost packages. Curvy Bombshells is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or government agencies.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If you refuse delivery of your package or fail to claim it from your local customs office or shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all costs associated with the shipment, including:

• Original shipping charges

• Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees

• Return shipping charges

• Any additional fees incurred by the carrier

These charges will be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.

If the total of these charges equals or exceeds the value of your order, no refund or store credit will be issued.

Lost or Damaged International Shipments

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the last tracking update or delivery date so we can assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Claims reported after 30 days may not be eligible for carrier investigation or reimbursement.
